Tell us something we should know
The pill market is days old and moving fast. The most useful emails we receive are the ones that keep the site sharp — a price that's drifted, a pharmacy that's just started listing the tablet, a sentence that didn't make sense.
We reply within two working days. Price corrections jump the queue and are usually fixed the same day we verify them.
What to send us
- Price corrections. Include the provider, the dose, the price you saw and (ideally) a link. We verify against the provider's own page before changing anything.
- New providers. Know a GPhC-registered pharmacy or CQC-regulated clinic that has started listing the Wegovy pill? Tell us — we add regulated providers as soon as we can verify their registration and pricing.
- Site feedback. Unclear explanations, broken links, dark-mode grumbles — all welcome.
- Press and partnership queries. Same address; mark the subject line clearly.
What we can't help with
Anything medical. We're a price-comparison and information site, not clinicians, and we will never advise on whether you should start, stop, switch or dose a medicine. Those questions belong with your GP, your pharmacist, or the prescriber at your chosen provider. If you think you're experiencing a side effect, speak to a clinician — and report it via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
